Chipboard models allowed quick explorations that simulated working with thin plywood.
Early CAD refinement led to joining the seatpan and front legs together in one piece.
Built a full scale model to test the strength, scale, and comfort of the chair.
Further changes in CAD led to three molds that produce all eight different parts.
A final prototype was built using three ply baltic birch plywood and finishing with polyacrylic.
